I had fish, potato salad, cornbread okra a tomatoes and everything was delicious!!!! took me some peach cobbler home once again delicious. I've been eating southern cooking for years and all I can say is everything was delicious!!!!

Delicious food, great service and affordable prices. The various flavors of the chicken wings are delightful

The fried fish and shrimp at Michelle Soul Food were absolutely amazing! The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor with every bite. And those shrimp? They were juicy, seasoned just right, and incredibly delicious. My son couldn't get enough of their fried chicken, and I have to admit, it was pretty spectacular. Crispy, juicy, and so flavorful, it's no wonder it's one of their specialties. But let's talk about those yams - oh my goodness! They were sweet, caramelized perfection. I could have eaten a whole plate of them and been completely satisfied. Overall, our experience at Michelle Soul Food was fantastic. The food was top-notch, and we left with happy, satisfied bellies. We'll definitely be back for more Southern comfort goodness!

This restaurant really reminds me of old Brooklyn. The pictures on the wall and the artwork give it a very classic Brooklyn ambiance. I came here for lunch, and it was quiet. I was able to get a deal because they had lunch specials on Thursdays from 12-3. If you are looking to eat inside they do have ample seating. The waitress was very friendly with a thick accent that reminded me of my Caribbean cousins. Placed my order and paid, make a note they don't accept card, Mitchell's is CASH ONLY. I ordered wings w/fries, meatloaf w/Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and an extra side of yams. Alla DAT, only $21 dollars!!! Won't he do it? The portions were fair for what we paid, the food is also made fresh, so it was a few minutes before it came out. The food was so good. It reminded me of the dinner they would serve on Sundays after church flavor. I will definitely be back here. The 4 stars was for not accepting card. It's a bit inconvenient, I had to hustle up the block to grab some cash....but not a big deal. Food was worth the extra steps

Enjoyed my smothered ribs and chopped BBQ (pork shoulder). Sides were collared greens and max & cheese. Yummy ! Only complaint was non peach cobbler (which means I will have to come back). Banana crème pie in its staid was delish. A+++
